This data may include rental history, utility payments, and other alternative credit information to increase financial incorporation to a wider group of consumers.

FactorTrust services the subprime auto lending industry as well as short terms lenders such as payday companies, and other subprime lending agencies.

In 2018, FactorTrust was purchased by TransUnion to gain access to more information and data on underbanked and subprime consumers.
