If you do not have a copy of your credit report, you can obtain your credit report by setting up a free account with www.creditkarma.com and sending us your username and password so we can login and print out the reports ourselves.
You may also obtain a FREE credit report from each credit bureau (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) directly at www.AnnualCreditReport.com.
You may also choose to obtain your credit report at a credit monitoring website like www.CreditCheckTotal.com for $1.
Once we have a copy of your credit report, we will process your case file and initiate contact with the credit reporting agencies, creditors, and collection agencies. At this point, we will also email you the portal login information where you will be able to log into your account and track the status of your case 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note, your portal login will only be provided after your send us your credit report.
A bit about the process: Per FCRA law, the credit bureaus will have 30-45 days to conduct their investigations. After the investigations are completed, you will receive letters containing updates to your credit file. The letters may also contain time sensitive material on which we may have to follow up on, so once you receive those letters, it is very important that you please forward them to us. After we receive the letters from you, we will go over them, update your case, which you can view through the client portal, and do all necessary followups.
You will also be receiving an email welcoming you to the program. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder.
