At this point, we will also email you the portal login information where you will be able to log into your account and track the status of your case 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Please note, your portal login will only be provided after your send us your credit report.\r\n\r\n<p><strong>A bit about the process:<\/strong><\/br>\r\nPer FCRA law, the credit bureaus will have 30-45 days to conduct their investigations. After the investigations are completed, you will receive letters containing updates to\u00a0your credit file. The letters may also contain time sensitive material on which we may have to follow up on, so once you receive those letters, it is very important that you please forward them to us.
